The hotel has,a great location, few meters away from Istiklel street, few meters away from the bus station, and also close to all commodities. The room I took is the deluxe one, it's spacy, simple nd nicely decorated. The staff are my favorite part, very helpful and kind, always offering help and sometimes beyond their work. One thing to note i that due to the location in the middle of everywhere ( bars, clubs, shops, streets), the weekend nights are noisy and the music can be loud until late hours.

a pleasant hotel, in the heart of Istanbul, surrounded by many bakeries, shops, bars, and above all, a good starting point for bargain shopping in Taksim Square and its surroundings, just a stone's throw from the stunning Galata Tower. I recommend. Also because the staff is helpful, cooperative.

I really like the staff cooperation. They really made us feel like home. The owner of the hotel had a great sense of hospitality .I would like to mention the name of Alice, she was really caring and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast they offer was good enough and always ask for the tea and coffee. The best thing about the hotel was that it's in the corner of the street and istaklal street was on another side of the street .the location was great.

All the staff, Monica, Zinar and Sinan, were amazingly friendly and exremely helpful. I can never forget their hospitality even if when I came very early in the morning prior to my initial time if check-in. The location was just perfect. I would definitely go back there again. And I would highly recommemd it. A big thank you again to all the staff. See you again, not good bye.

The property is small and located in an excellent location. Close to metro and trams which work perfectly. The managers are incredibly kind and nice, the room is spotless and welcoming. If you prefer modern and huge facilities it is not recommended. Close to shops, bars and typical cafés. Perfect stay. I highly recommend if you want to experience Istanbul in a familiar contrast day and night. We thank all the truly exquisite staff.

The kindness of the hotel staff left us speechless! The room was simple but big and clean. We chose the hotel because it's near to the airport bus station. It's also near all touristic spots so it's a plus.

I stayed here for 6 days. We took almost a day to adjust but then the satisfaction level kept increasing. The staff is very understanding. Location is very close to the Istiklal Street on one side and main road (for the taxi) on the other side. Room size has always been my preference and this hotel has the best room size in this price range. We were a family of 5 and we had two rooms on the same floo and there are only two rooms on each floor. So we had whole one floor 😂 Overall experience was very satisfactory for what I paid and what I could expect.

Breakfast came with boiled eggs however, when I informed staff that I didn’t like boiled eggs, they were accomodating and offered me scrambled instead which I didn’t expect. It is a small hotel, it has been one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were excellent isah, Marma, Eva & younis went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and memorable one. Thank you all for everything.
